Dezső Fitos and Enikő Kocsis

Dezső Fitos and Enikő Kocsis  are among the most respected and sought-after dance teachers in Hungary. They have been performing with the Budapest Ensemble since 1997, and as soloists since 2000, when they also became Artistic Directors of the Szentendre Dance Ensemble. Their choreographies are regularly nominated at the national Folk Dance Anthology, which is the most prestigious event in the Hungarian amateur folk movement. For the last ten years they have been teachers and volunteer organizers of Budapest's annual Tanchaz Talalkazo, and in 2009 they won an award for their efforts to preserve folk culture in Pest County. This will be Dezső's and Enikő third tour of the United States.
