Levente Szekely graduated from the music school in Kolozsvar with Istvan Papp “Gazsa”. Until 1991 he as a professional musician with numerous bands, including the Hungarian National Folk Ensemble band, Sebo, and Kalamajka Ensembles. He also frequently played at the Kassak Club and Molnar Utca dance houses.

In 2006 he released a CD, “Szerelmem Nagysajo.”
